26th October 2009 ‘Which home is it tonight’? Life, death & a cyclone on the island of Mauritius.  Hallam, Carole and Quin Murray (aged 3 ½) visited the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius where they were the first to circumnavigate the island on mountain bicycles with a young child.   Caught by a scale 2 cyclone, this turned into something more of an adventure than they had bargained for!  Power Point presentation?

Biography/Resume:
Hallam Murray spent 15 years in publishing and is now a freelance lecturer, writer and photographer. He has travelled in over 40 countries but his passion is Latin America. He cycled from Los Angeles to Tierra del Fuego - over 17,000 miles! He spent 3 months in Ecuador with his wife, Carole, and 6 month old son. When Quin was 18 months old they travelled in Chile and Patagonia. The three of them circumnavigated, on bicycles, the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, Their last major expedition was to Bangladesh for 6 weeks.
