A fourth generation family business, it has been involved in property in one shape or from since 1852 and has been letting and selling property for more than 40 years.

From its Colchester head office, the company has expanded and now boasts additional offices in Frinton, Braintree, Kelvedon and Sudbury, offering a wide range of services including sales and letting, surveying, commercial, block management and financial.

The company was one of the first agencies in town to have its own website back in 1998 and also one of the first to support Rightmove, the country’s leading national web property register, in early 2003.

Throughout this growth, the company’s business philosophy has continued to be firmly based on family values and customer service. It is active members of the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Association of Residential Managing Agents.
