Monday Nights at the Princes Theatre

The society meets during the winter months at the council run Princes Theatre, Station Road, Clacton-on-Sea.

The seating capacity is extended to cater for our large membership. Doors open at 6.30pm with performances commencing at 7.30pm and normally finishing at 9.30pm

Car parking

High Street Car Park, accessible from Carnarvon Road is available from 6.00pm to 8.00am free of charge and has up to 200 spaces. There is also plenty of street parking available after 6pm.

Facilities and access for disabled customers

The Princes Theatre is welcoming to everyone and is fully accessible from the pavement. There are a full range of accessible features. Wheelchair spaces are available on a Monday evening (however these need to be booked in advance at the start of the season). Please refer to the contact us page www.clactonartsandlits.com.

There is a wheelchair accessible toilet, hearing loop and assistant dogs are welcome.

Refreshments and Bar

A licensed bar is open 45 minutes before the performance and during the interval, providing a full range of wines, spirits and soft drinks plus crisps, nuts, tea and coffee.  A selection of sweets and ice creams are available prior to the commencement of the performance and during the interval.

The Princes Theatre have a full programme of events throughout the year, including an annual pantomime, concerts, shows, wrestling etc.
