We are pleased to announce that in her place we have been able to secure an appearance by Amar Latif OBE.
Despite losing 95% of his sight in his late teens, Amar has not allowed his blindness to limit his experiences and opportunities. He has travelled the world, sky-dived, skied and climbed, as well as becoming a successful entrepreneur and a television presenter; participating in the BBC 2 series Beyond Boundaries and was the first blind contestant on Celebrity Masterchef.

Jeremy and his talented musicians wowed the audience with rousing renditions of music written or sung by people of Jewish Origin, with some surprising names in there. A varied and eclectic programme performed with gusto that had us tapping our feet and rocking in our seats.

The three talented members of Ensemble 360 treated members to a performance of two lesser known composers in the first half. The second half was a work by Mozart that contained some familiar themes.
3rd November 2025
Hamza Yassin delighted a packed audience with a humorous and informative talk on his journey to become a talented wild life photographer. He answered questions in the second half, and spent time signing books and talking with members after the show.

Anthony Stuart Lloyd and Georgina Stalbow celebrated Dame Julie Andrews 90th Birthday year with “A Spoon Full of Julie”. Beautiful renditions of songs from musicals and films Julie Andrews has appeared in during her long and successful career. The evening was sponsored in memory of Brian Stephens and Derek Geale.
